We help a range of clients, so who are you?

Start Ups

Wow so you are setting up your business. So many decisions on what structure you will take, how you will do your bookkeeping, what software you will need, what you need to do with HMRC. Relax, we give the time to you to help you understand the options open to you and hand hold you in your journey.

Sole Traders or Partnerships

You either run the business on your own or with others that have an interest in the business, and you might employ staff as well. You need a set of accounts and tax return each year. You also need guidance around keeping the right records, what bookkeeping software to use, and whether you can do some tax planning and budgeting.

As a director of a limited company you may already know there are more rules to be aware of on top of the keeping proper records of account, but also more opportunities for planning when and how you take money out of the business, an area we are well served to help in.

CIS Contractors

You are acting as maybe the main contractor for a construction job and possibly engaging other trades to come in and do work. Very important to keep a record of what CIS tax is stopped from what you receive and what you stop when you pay your subbies. Within the payroll and CIS returns we can do all the necessary for you.

Landlords

You might hold property within a limited company or personally, but either way you are still faced with ever increasing bureaucracy and restriction on reliefs available and higher tax to pay or for personally held properties changes in timing of when tax is to be paid.

Individual

As an individual you might have more than just employment income. Easy to be caught out with earnings level and child benefit, savings interest not in an ISA of £1k+ or dividends not in an ISA of £500+. For reassurance talking to us will put your mind at ease.
